At the Brennan Law Firm, our goal is to provide quality legal services to individuals, families, corporate fiduciaries and small businesses throughout Central Florida. As a family-run firm, we are committed to providing accessible and attentive services. We welcome any questions regarding our practice areas and inquiries about scheduling consultations.

Estates and Trusts

Our firm provides a broad range of estate and trust services, representing personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration proceedings throughout mid-Florida.

Probate Litigation

The firm represents beneficiaries, family members, personal representatives and other interested persons in will contests, fiduciary disputes, creditor's claims and other adversary actions in probate court. We also represent trustees and trust beneficiaries in trust construction and modification actions and fiduciary liability cases.

Guardianships

Our firm has an extensive guardianship practice in several central Florida counties. We represent both family and professional guardians in establishing guardianships for the elderly and minor children and represent clients in the trial of contested incapacity and guardianship proceedings. David Brennan helped draft Florida's current guardianship law and is the author of Florida Guardianship Law & Procedure.

Real Property

Our real property practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions and issues. We provide representation in matters that include property acquisitions, title clearance work, leasing and zoning issues. Additionally, we help small business owners lease and buy suitable commercial space for their business.

Small Business

Our small business planning services include helping new and aspiring business owners during the important stage of business formation. This includes helping business owners with entity selection and providing on-going legal counsel as their business grows.

Mediation

David C. Brennan restricts his mediation practice to probate, trust and guardianship disputes. Not a full time certified mediator, he is a practicing attorney and, since completing the American Arbitration Association mediation course over 19 years ago, Mr. Brennan has regularly been selected to mediate cases which call for knowledge in these areas of law.

Expert Witness

David C. Brennan has testified as an expert witness in Florida circuit courts and federal district court on probate, trust and guardianship issues.
