DAVID C. BRENNAN practices throughout mid-Florida in probate and trust administration and litigation, mediation of probate and trust matters and guardianship law.
Mr. Brennan is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He has served on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar for more than 30 years and has served as chair of the Section’s Probate Law and Guardianship Law Committees.
He is past chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and of the Council of Sections of The Florida Bar. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Legal Education Association and Florida Lawyers Support Services, Inc.
He is the author of Florida Guardianship Law and Procedure, a practice manual published by Thomson/West and teaches Florida Probate Practice at Barry University College of Law.
Mr. Brennan is the director of the Probate Team and Guardianship Team seminars conducted regularly for attorneys and paralegals. He is a recipient of the Robert C. Scott Memorial Award of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.

SANCHA K. BRENNAN is a partner in The Brennan Law Firm in Orlando. Ms. Brennan’s practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and residential real property, probate, guardianship, and small business transactions.
Ms. Brennan received her Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Brennan is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts in the middle district of Florida and is a member of both the Orange County and Florida Bars.
She is on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section’s of The Florida Bar. Ms. Brennan is currently serving as Chair of the Section CLE Committee and is past chair of its Legislative and Case Law Update Seminar Steering Committee. She sits as a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Real Estate Council (CFREC), serves as Vice President of Programs and is past Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Real Property Committee and past Director of CFSGA, the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association. Also as a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, Ms. Brennan has lectured to attorneys, guardians, real estate agents and brokers on a variety of real property, guardianship and business related topics.

LEIGH A. BRENNAN has over 20 years experience as a paralegal in the probate and guardianship law fields. She received her first bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 1982 with a major in International Affairs and a minor in French. She received her second bachelor’s degree in 1992 from the University of Central Florida in Legal Studies and became a Certified Paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 1994 and a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar in 2011.
